Join astrologer Juliana McCarthy and somatic healer Astara Roth for this one-day workshop in Boulder, Colorado. Juliana will discuss the new paradigm that’s set to begin in January 2020, when Saturn and Pluto form an exact conjunction in Capricorn. Soon after, Jupiter will join the mix. These three planets have not lined up in Capricorn for 2,200 years. Pluto is the planet of death and rebirth; Saturn is society, systems, structures, and karma; and Jupiter is the great expander, bringing gold light and good fortune. While these times may feel painful and uncertain, this is the necessary pain of birth, before we can come back together into a revolutionary new alignment. We will examine what this all means for us collectively and personally, delving into where these transits fall in our natal charts.

Meanwhile, bodyworker and yoga instructor Astara Roth will lead us through gentle but deep, floor-based poses and breathing exercises to help us integrate the powerful energies and karma that are moving through us. In many ways, we’re purifying karma from thousands of years back—transmuting the pain, trauma, and misconceptions of ourselves, our families, and ancestors. This workshop will help us assimilate these energies, calming our nervous systems while strengthening our bodies, minds, and spirits.
