November 13, 2023 — A powerful Scorpio New Moon forms on Monday, conjunct Mars, god of War, while opposing shocking Uranus. This lunation closes the eclipse portal while offering a crescendo of Uranus’ electric confrontations. With the Scorpio Sun and Mars opposite Uranus, we’re confronting abuses of power and liberating from them. Revolutions around intimacy are now possible, along with surprises and jolts of truth. We’re ready to forge more meaningful relationships with ourselves, each other, and the world. Sudden shifts are inevitable, and we may feel freer as a result.

Uranus is the planet of rebellion and chaos. Right now, the world is full of protests, which, astrologically, hold the potential to alter the course of humanity. Pluto is circling the anoretic degree of Capricorn for another year before fully transiting into Aquarius—sign of the future and egalitarianism. We’re working through massive karma around collective patterns, especially pertaining to war, aggression, division, and financial, political, and social structures.

Both in our personal lives and the world at large, we’re confronting deep-seated fears and becoming conscious of any manipulation, propaganda, or self-doubt that we’ve succumbed to. We’re now ready to redirect our paths, starting fresh cycles and patterns with our authentic desires and confidence guiding us forward. Truth is revealing itself. It’s time to transform old stuckness, stubbornness, and trauma, allowing the planets to slingshot us into our future selves and lives. With greater sincerity, multidimensionality, and fearlessness, we are continuing to problem solve, unite, and co-create a new reality.

Scorpio New Moon Aspiration

In the midst of volcanic eruptions and the pain of war, may we embody our authenticity, confidence, and strength, remembering that we are all basically good—even if we’ve closed our hearts. On this Scorpio New Moon, may we stay in the soft spot of our compassion, helping each other shed fear and return to love, again and again and again.
