June 21, 2022 — The solstice arrives today as the Sun moves into Cancer. Summer begins in the Northern Hemisphere, and we experience the longest day of the year. But wherever we are, this is a celebration of light. It’s time to go inside ourselves and connect with our inner Sun, feeling revitalized, confident, and strong. Higher frequencies of light are helping us clear stuck energies and elevate our spirit.

Meanwhile, Cancer season inspires us to prioritize family and the people we hold closest. We can care for one another with more intention, nourishing and nurturing our most important heart connections.

In the background, Venus is trining Pluto, and our hearts are undergoing deep transformations. We can release old anger, self-loathing, doubt, and resentment so that we can start over and choose love, feeling the limitlessness of our hearts. Breakthroughs are possible if we sink into the calmness of dignity, relaxing with ourselves and our profound worthiness.
