February 23, 2020 — The Pisces New Moon arrives on Sunday at 10:32am Eastern Time, conjunct the elusive Mercury retrograde. This Moon plunges us into magical spaces between our dreams and reality. We can now turn inward and reflect, allowing old feelings to wash over us—grief, heartbreak, fear, and wounding—cleaning our slates before the astrological New Year. 

Trust, surrender, and flow are beckoning us, like the tides. This isn’t time to worry, spin, or figure anything out, but to relax and let go. The Universe is carrying us to our next steps, as we melt into acceptance, love, and compassion.

Our imaginations are likely high now, and we might take the time to write poetry, dance, or make art, channeling from the higher realms. We can also tap into our dreams of the future, which may be particularly vivid. 

Meanwhile, Mars in Capricorn is on the South Node—our past—forming a harmonious angle to Uranus, which is our future. This means we are supported in anchoring our dreams to reality. But first, we must face our karma, becoming more honest with ourselves about previous mistakes. We can then release past foibles to the light of awareness, forgiving ourselves. This process helps make real our new visions of possibility.

Evolving as a collective, we are learning more and more to face our fears, and own our gifts and our shortcomings. Easier on ourselves, we are becoming easier on others—accepting that we are perfect as we are, but could use a little improvement. Calling on our discernment, we are establishing a future that aligns more with kindness, ease, and unity.

We have the strength and stamina now to place one foot in front of the other, working our way toward a more idealistic paradigm—a world we’ve never experienced before, but only dreamed of.

On this Pisces New Moon, may we relax into the waters of our feelings and imagination. May we release the past with honesty and awareness, so we can build our future visions into reality—with renewed love, togetherness, and hope.
